No need to close your store location to conduct a physical inventory
- Scanned quantities are marked with a date and time stamp
- Store quantities are updated as soon as the physical inventory count is processed in
- Scanned quantities are deducted from store location quantities to result in actual quantities, even when sales are processed at point of sale
Store Locations -
- Manually Enter Physical quantities into store counts
- Download Physical counts from Real time POS Quick Scan Portable Scanner
- Download Physical counts from third party file (.csv or text file)
Head Office -
- Review store physical counts in real time as they are completed by each location. No files to download, counts are automatically pushed to the Head Office for review.
- Reverse any counts in question from Head Office and a task is generated at store location to re-do the count in question.
- Assign Physical count start and end dates from Head Office per store location
- Physical count variance reports - concentrate on items with a QTY variance on system's store quantities and actual recorded quantities. Use variance reports for additional analysis.
